Original Stroopies: wheat flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soy flour, corn syrup (not high fructose), sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg,cinnamon, ginger, baking soda.

Gluten-Free Stroopies: Brown rice flour, corn syrup Not high fructose), white rice fLour, tapioca flour, soy flour, potato starch, xan-than gum, butter, sugar, eggs, honey, cinnamon, salt, ginger, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), citric acid.

Stroopies Dipped in Chocolate also contain: sugar, chocolate liquor (processed with alkali), cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), and vanilla.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Stroopies are produced in a facility that handles wheat, soy, peanuts and other tree nuts. While Gluten-Free Stroopies are not certified as such, they are made with great care to thoroughly clean equipment and keep ingredients separate.
